German court rules circumcision is 'bodily harm'

I think we all know my view of circumcision and it appears that the legal system of Germany is inclined to agree with me, in part.

Its a step forward in the right direction and sets a brilliant precedent for other legal systems/countrys to follow, but it needs to go further.

My favourite line from this argument

“fundamental right of the child to bodily integrity outweighed the fundamental rights of the parents”.
